You can request deletion of your Unscripted account and its associated data here, from the web, without opening the app. Enter the email address on your account and we will send you a confirmation link.
We ask you to confirm by email so that nobody else can delete your account by typing in your address.
What happens after you confirm
- Your account is deactivated immediately and your profile stops appearing in Discovery.
- There is a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, log back in during those 30 days and your account is restored exactly as it was.
- After 30 days the deletion runs and is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover anything afterwards.
What is deleted
- Your profile, including your name, date of birth, prompts, and preferences.
- Every photo you uploaded, removed from our image storage.
- Your matches, likes, passes, and messages.
- Your device tokens and notification settings.
We keep a minimal record that the account was deleted, and we retain the limited records that law requires us to keep — for example, records tied to a safety report, a takedown request, or a payment. Those are described in our Privacy Policy.
Other ways to delete your account
- In the app: Settings → Delete Account.
- By email: if you no longer have access to the email address on your account, write to support@unscripteddating.app and we will verify your identity another way.
Purchases on Unscripted are one-time, not subscriptions — there is nothing recurring to cancel. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play; refund requests go through your store account.
